A ShopBot is a do-all tool for precisely cutting, carving, drilling or machining all kinds of things from all kinds of materials. A ShopBot is like a large plotter that moves pens around the surface (in X and Y axes) to create a drawing. Only a ShopBot moves a cutter around a big table (X and Y axes) and moves it up and down as well (Z axis) allowing it to make 3D movements and cut all sorts of shapes

ASSEMBLY

Vencor has been building wire harness assemblies since 1993. We work with companies from coast to coast, providing custom solutions to suit unique requirements. We specialize in low volume/high mix, but high volume production is available upon request. Our process features automated wire marking, high-speed cutting, stripping, and crimping when possible. We have a high-speed change over table in house and use graphic printouts to optimize prototyping and manufacturing processes. We test all harnesses using Cable Eye for shorts, miss wires and other defects.

ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY

Vencor Operators are professionally trained for and experienced with assembling complex box builds and complete assemblies. We start by reviewing your drawings and/or design requirements. If you do not have access to an engineer team for product design, we are happy to assist. We can design a product that meets your needs while minimizing cost. Production is based upon thorough planning (assembly drawings and roadmaps), and budget is maintained by the competitive sourcing of materials and lean processes. All assemblies are rigorously tested per customer specifications.
